I wanted to give y’all a quick overview of these two dresses I have recently been posting. I am excited to have had the opportunity to collaborate with Petite Dressing and sharing my two favorite dresses from them. The store carries clothing designed by petite ladies for petite ladies who address the measurements of women who vary greatly from the models pictured online (often closer to 5’7″)! They offer a variety of styles from work wear to cargo pants and ensure each style is designed with petites in mind. I am 5’4″ and often struggle with pant lengths (note my jeans are always cuffed). After trying on these two pieces, I am excited to share this company and their mission to style petite women of all body types.
The first dress I selected was the Blush Lace dress because the thick detailing is gorgeous! I don’t think you can have enough lace in your closet and this was an easy yes. This dress is perfect for a date night or even a more formal night to the ballet (if you haven’t seen Beauty and the Beast in San Antonio, go check it out!).
The second dress I picked was the the Juliana dress and I was honestly a little nervous how it would look on me since I typically wear more fitted dresses. But I absolutely fell in love with this silhouette and this dress! I loved the empire waist and flare skirt that elongated my legs and the lace detail on the top is beyond stunning. On the site they even have a “Leg Elongating” section if this is what you are looking for. With the holidays approaching I have my eyes on another dress from them and hope to hear what y’all like about them soon! Check them out at https://www.petitedressing.com/.
